Most teams go through slumps somewhere over the long 82 game season ... ya just hope it isn't heading into the playoffs so there's time to get things headed in the right direction again. There's seven games left so there's time to turn it around.

The Wild are going through the same thing and my Hawks have played poorly the last 4 games and got routed 7-0 by Florida Saturday night. Washington went through a swoon in the last week or two too.

So keep the faith.

As a fan since the inaugural season, I can say this without a shadow of a doubt...

Brent Burns is not the best D Man we've had on our team and also this...

Erik Karlsson > Brent Burns. Always has been, probably always will be.

Also, Victor Hedman... Probably the best all-around defenseman in the game for the last 3 years... He plays in Tampa so... Yeah...

Wondered to myself today: "why have the Sharks been losing lately? Is Vlasic injured?"
